Access to the www.odec.es website implies the status of user and, as such, the user expressly accepts fully and unreservedly each and every one of the TERMS OF USE.

Any action that violates that which is established in the Industrial and Intellectual Property Law may lead to civil penalties or even be considered a crime according to that which is found in the Penal Code and further applicable legislation.

10.- Additional information for interviewees
In compliance with current data protection regulations, we inform you that your telephone number has been randomly generated without any personal information attached to it or that it has been provided to us by a company to which you gave your consent.
If during the call you request not to be called anymore, we will add your telephone number to an exclusion list for that purpose.
All the information collected in the questionnaire will be treated confidentially and only used for statistical and market research purposes. It may not be used on a nominal basis or provided to third parties, except by judicial order.
Once the research work and its validation have been completed, if it is not necessary to contact the interviewees again for any subsequent investigation process, we carry out a dissociation process separating the personal data (identification data) of the respondents from their responses, so that only the responses of the interviewees are kept and that they can only be analysed according to sociodemographic criteria without identifying the interviewee.
The phone numbers will be kept only for the duration of the field work. Once said work has finished, the numbers will be deleted. You can request the deletion of your number from the file at any time, by unsubscribing or by sending “delete data” and your phone number to
