II.- CONDITIONS OF ACCESS AND USE OF THE SITE
ODEC offers access to the site www.odec.es in the conditions of use as it follows:
1.- Accesses and users
The access to the site www.odec.es gives the conditions of USER to he who uses it, and at the same time express the full acceptance and without any conditions by the USER of all the CONDITIONS of USE.
2.- Content and modifications of the site
ODEC guarantees all the contents and services of the site respect the person’s dignity, the non-discrimination by race, sex, religion, opinion, nationality, disability of any other personal or social circumstance, as well as the principle of youth and children’s protection.
On the other hand ODEC has the rights to update, modify or remove the information on its website. This way the company can limit or not allow the access to this information at any moment unilaterally and without any previous notification to the USER. Especially ODEC keeps the right to eliminate, limit or prevent the access to its site when there are technical difficulties or due to the facts or circumstances that have nothing to do with ODEC which diminish or cancel the security levels adopted for the good use of the website.
3.- Conditions of use
The USER compromises itself to carry out a good use of the contents and services of www.odec.es; these will not be able to be used for illegal activities or contrary to the public order, the national defense of the public health.
Any use of the contents and services by the user will have to respect the indicated principles in the previous paragraph.
4.- Normal and industrial copyrights
ODEC is the owner of all the intellectual and industrial rights of the website contents such as texts, images, animations, computer programs and other graphic or sound elements which are therefore protected by the Ley de Propiedad Industrial e Intelectual.
On the other hand the company authorizes the download and storage on the hard disc of the user of the site the contained information which is owned by ODEC. This should not be modified, distributed, reused, copied, etc, no matter the media, for public or commercial use without the written authorization of ODEC.
The actions breaking the protected rights by the laws of Industrial and Intellectual Ownership can lead to civil sanctions or they can even be illegal, according to the Penal Code and the corresponding legislation.
On no account can ODEC be responsible of the possible intellectual of industrial law breakings by any user of the site.
ODEC could carry out all the administrative, civil or penal actions in the case of law breaking of these rights by the USER.
5.- Use of cookies
ODEC informs its users that it has cookies installed in its systems. The cookies consist of small text archives the browser stores within the hard disc of its computer. When the user is surfing through the ODEC’s website, the server can recognize the cookie and so give information about the last visit. Most of the browsers admit the use of the cookies automatically, but the user is able to set up its own browser to be warned on his computer screen about the reception of the cookies. This way he can prevent their installation on his hard disc.
6.- Links to other websites or from other websites
ODEC provides access to other people’s websites through links in an exclusive way in order to inform of the existence of other Internet information sources. ODEC is neither responsible of the content of those sites nor o the result obtained by the user in case he access them. The only responsibility of ODEC is to make sure those links work correctly.
The users and any normal or legal person set to establish a hyperlink within his websites and ODEC’s site and any of its channels will be able to do so without any previous written authorization by ODEC. This should always follow the rules of ODEC’s structure wherever they link. Also that person will not be able to reproduce contents of the ODEC’s site within his website.
On the other had setting a hyperlink among pages does not involve in any circumstance the existence of relationships between ODEC and the owner of the website in which he surfs. It does neither involve the acceptance and approval by ODEC of his services and contents.
7.- Guarantees and responsibility
In any case ODEC will not be responsible of the damages of any kind that can be produced by: errors or conceals in the contents, lack of availability of the internet portal of the transmission of viruses of damaging programs for the contents, in spite of the fact of having adopted all the technological necessary measures to avoid it.
III.- PERSONAL DATA PROTECTION
In compliance with Regulation (EU) 2016/679 of the European Parliament and the Council (GDPR), on the protection of individuals with regard to the processing of personal data, and the other applicable regulations, ODEC informs you that all the information you provide us with will be treated with the sole purpose of providing the services you may request through this website, in particular, the request for information about products and services of the company and the submission of your CV to apply for job vacancies.
The data you provide will be kept only until the object of your request is fulfilled or until you exercise your right to cancel. At any time, you can access your personal data, rectify inaccurate data or request its deletion by sending an email or post to the addresses indicated above.
These data will not be transferred to third parties, except to public authorities with sufficient powers to facilitate the identification of users who may be involved in the commission of any type of administrative, criminal or conventional infraction.
In the case of telephone interviews by the CATI system, telephone numbers are provided by the clients who commission the studies, or we randomly extract them from an anonymized file from public and self-created repertories, without any personal identification and with the only purpose of market research.
